Welcome to GHP

GHP is the largest independently owned commercial printer in southern Connecticut. Our business is grounded in the traditional craft of offset printing but extends through the full range of 21st-century graphic arts services-from digital photography through fulfillment and web-based services.

We see ourselves as partners with our clients in translating strong design concepts into finished products of exceptional quality. More than printers, we are communication professionals. The camera, the computer, the internet, the conventional offset press and the digital press are the tools we use to help our clients communicate with their customers.

OUR HISTORY

GHP is the product of the consolidation of eight long-established Connecticut graphics arts firms. Herlin Press began serving the national commercial printing market in 1935. Gist was founded in 1991 to bring advances in digital prepress to the market. The consolidation of the two firms in 2001 marked the beginning of GHP. We operate in a state-of-the-art 60,000 square foot facility in West Haven Connecticut.
